Below are a the loan programs available to our clients:
VA Mortgages: Backed by
the Veterans Administration and the federal government, these loans
are offered to qualified veterans or military individuals. It offers
100% financing which the borrower is only responsible for some of the
closing costs. The allowable maximum origination fee is 1% of the total
loan amount.
Jumbo Loans: Any loan
over the conforming loan amount fits into this category. Available in
fixed and adjustable rates with no prepayment penalty for qualified
borrowers. Excellent credit or average to poor credit OK. These jumbo
loans can include purchases, refinancing with cash out or money for
other purposes. Different scenarios may be used including no verification
of income and or assets, minimum verification of complete verification,
whichever scenario fits your situation.
Streamline:
Also known as the rate reduction loan, this program is excellent for
borrowers who are just interest in reducing their interest rate and/or
term without going through the full refinance process. It also minimizes
closing costs. In certain cases, no appraisal is necessary or credit
